EXCESSIVE DISCONNECTION:
It often happens that you connect
to the internet but after some time it gets disconnected.
When you try many times it increases you phone calls

- Improper modem speed configured (Configured the
modem speed accordingly)
- Modem driver is not compatible (Only choose the

CONNECTION REFUSED BY ISP:
This problem often arises when your
modem is properly configured and all your media like
cables are working properly but when you dial an error
message appear “Cannot log on to the server”
the main reasons can be
- The server of ISP is busy (wait for server to
get vacant)
- Your account subscription has been expired (Renew
your subscription)
- Server is not available at this time (Consult
support staff of ISP)
