
- A message box will be displayed. Click “OK”.

- You can click “refresh”, if you have not seen the correct printer port. After clicking “refresh” printer port will be added to the list. Now select the port and click “connect”

- Now click “close” button to exit the Printer port setup.

- The printer will be appeared on the screen. If it does not appear then click “add new printer” and the follow the instructions appeared on the screen.

- You would see the printer in existing printers list after installing it. Now select the printer and click “connect”

- Now click “close” button to end the printer port setup. Repeat this step on each computer system.

Click “refresh” if you encounter any problem or do not see an asterisk with “port name” in “printer port setup”. Sometimes you need to click a few times to see the port name.
Now you have been able to use your USB printer from this computer only. Verify the printer by clicking “start”, “control panel” and then “printers and faxes”. Now select the “properties” by right clicking the printer you have installed, and then click the “Print Test Page”. This is for verification of a valid connection with the wireless printer
- In this step choose the type of setup you prefer. Select “administrator from the list and click “next”.

- Now choose the destination location for wireless print server and click “next”
- At the end click “finish” to end the setup.

- You can use the Bi-Admin management utility by clicking icon on your desktop to configure the settings of the wireless printer server.
You can choose the “custom” option from the list but advanced network clients should choose it only. Select “custom” and then click “next”.

- Now select the options, which you want to install and click “next”.

15. Now choose the destination and click “finish”.
